Woodard Home Inspections is available to do inspections 7 days a week, throughout the DFW Metro area, including all of Dallas, Denton, Collin and Tarrant Counties.

 

Home inspections should be performed when you are buying a pre-owned, new construction or foreclosed property.  The inspection assists you in assessing the condition of the property.  The home is inspected in accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) guidelines and standards of practice.  This process typically takes 3 to 4 hours to complete depending on the size and condition of the property.  A detailed report will be provided to you within 24 hours after the inspection.  An oral report is given onsite at the end of the inspection.

 

Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection and follow behind the inspector.  This approach allows you to learn and observe any areas of concern, explaining the problem so that you understand what you are looking at.  Also, you will be shown such things as water, gas and electrical shut-offs, a/c filter locations, GFCI resets and other maintenance items.
