Chuck came out and assisted me with inspecting my upcoming purchase of a new home.  While my expectation was that I would not necessarily need his services, thinking that with a new home, in a new area, built by a high end quality builder, there was little chance of concerns or issues.   Chuck was extremely thorough, very professional and obviously, very knowledgeable.  With his report we were able to discover, address and quickly resolve a number of areas that slipped through the builders' inspections and could have become expensiveproblems in the future.  His thoroughness, knowledge and professionalism allowed me to save on potentiallt expensive repairs, while maintaining a good relationship with the builders.  Very impressive and worth every penny, I would highly recommend his services and use him again.

Chuck Woodard is a stable, competent home inspector that I trust completely.  He is thorough and so knowledgeable.  His explanations are understandable and do not give the buyers anxiety attacks!  He distinguishes between little "fix-its" and the real problems in an inspection.  He is reasonably priced and it's very easy to schedule an appointment with him.  Hes a winner!
