SELLER'S INSPECTION

When someone presents you with a contract to buy your home, they will conduct an inspection.  You may as well know what they are going to find by doing one yourself first.  Having an inspection prior to listing helps in many ways.  We will point out repairs needed before listing your property.  Safety concerns are very important to potential buyers.  By inspecting first, you have the opportunity to eliminate these issues before a potential buyer steps foot in your home.  You may choose either an official report or a "to-do" list at the close of your inspection.
