Many people who purchased a new home are having their home re-inspected with one or two months left on their warranty.  In most instances, the inspection will point out existing conditions or problems that may be covered under warranty and will not cost the homeowner much, if any, to repair.  When we re-inspect the home, we look at the major systems of the home such as:
